Structure and working principle of the unit: Incline jet water turbine power generator is comprised of the water turbine and the generator sharing the same coaxial line. The water turbine is comprised of propeller, main shaft, frame, guiding pipe, needle valve, bearing, water seal and cover plate etc. During operation, water flows through the jet nozzle via the guiding pipe under action of water head and forms high pressure jet flow hitting the propeller, which will then rotate and thus drive the generator via the main shaft.
Characteristics of the generator: The electric machine adopts efficient permanent magnet, thus it is provided with small volume and high efficiency. There are no wearing parts such as carbon brushes, silicon diodes and capacitors etc., thus it is provided with characteristics of few failures, easy and convenient maintenance. Working together with a regulator, the generator supplies stable voltage and is very suitable to be used by farmers in remote mountain areas.
